Product use
Our products are pet toys intended for dogs and for the styles of play described on the relevant product page. The range includes plush toys, rope and knot toys, textured chew toys, balls, rings, dumbbell-shaped toys and flying discs.

Select a product appropriate for your dog’s size, age, chewing strength and play style. Supervise use, particularly during tugging and chewing. Multi-dog play requires additional supervision.
Inspect each product before and after use. Remove it immediately if it becomes torn, split, frayed, damaged, sheds material, exposes filling or develops loose parts. Prevent pets and children from swallowing any part of a product.
Rope fibres, plush filling, squeakers, decorative parts and fragments can present a choking or intestinal-obstruction risk if swallowed. Contact a veterinary professional promptly if you believe an animal has swallowed part of a toy or shows signs of distress.
Customers must follow the care instructions supplied with the product and published on the relevant product page. Improper cleaning, excessive heat, unsuitable chemicals or continued use after damage appears may weaken a product.
Website security
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access to its systems or use automated tools to extract content or data without permission.
